what i have noticed is that it is not tracking any hits to pages with parameters... i.e.
[mysite.com...]
it is only registering hits like:
[mysite.com...]
and it is rare that a user will actually come upon this URI, is there some configuration setting in WebTrends that i need to modify? i have been through the admin console several times and cant see anything...
and webtrends doesnt have a forum do they?
And, you can turn on and off the display of the parameters in the configuration tab called Page File Types. For every file type (extension) you get to choose whether parameters are suppressed or not.
WebTrends does a LOT. If you find something nonsensical like this, it's probably not that the program is primitive or anything like that. It's probably just a setting. The user forum is a great place to learn. Also try webtrendsoutsider.com.
