Traffic analysis software

Hello, we're looking for a software to analyze our Apache logs (under Linux).

MUST-HAVEs:
- grouping of the statistics for various projects (each project has its own log and domain)
- identify users via cookies - for example with Apache mod_usertrack
- incremental indexing (no need to reread the entire log)
- sections (for example subdomains) of web with their own independent stats
- daily, weekly, monthly statistics

additionally, these things would be NICE to have:
- analysis of groups of users identified by cookies
- well documented metodology, compatible with IF ABC

do you know some software which can handle this?
can be commercial...
