What does "percentage of top 20 queries" mean?

I'm trying to work out what this means:-

Impressions

The top 20 queries in which your site appeared, and the percentage of the top 20 queries represented by each search.

This part : "The top 20 queries in which your site appeared" is clear enough, but the "percentage of the top 20 queries represented by each search" part has me lost.

Is this the percentage of the top 20 queries that show my site in the results pages? EG, the below search, which is #1 in this list on Webmaster Tools, would be my highest traffic driver assuming a 100% click-through rate?

# % Query Position

1 26% <phrase> 6

I'm trying to reconcile this with my own logs from click-throughs but I just don't understand the terminology.

Thanks!

On the left: top 20 queries that included your site in results, totaling 100%

Most used term has a ratio of 20%, remaining 19 queries = 80%
Next term: 13%, remaining 18 = 67%

On the right: 20 queries that visitors followed to reach your site, totalling 100%

Most used term has a ratio of 17%, remaining 19 queries = 83%
Next term: 13%, remaining 18 = 70%

HTH

On a related note, my left/right positions do not match - anybody care to explain that one?

left:
1 19% keyword 41

right:
1 17% keyword 29
