I would like to analyze my site's log files using Analog. I use Windows hosting. I see the name "H-sphere" in the first line of my log files.

I have tried to run Analog without a LOGFORMAT command line but I get the error message "Warning L: Large number of corrupt lines in logfile".

I have downloaded several day's logs and each gives the same error message (no one file is corrupt).

I would assume that I need to declare a specific log format using the LOGFORMAT command for this H-sphere type log file but my web searches have not come up with the needed information or solution.

The header in my log files reads:

#Software: H-Sphere log plugin
#Date: 2005-10-18 00:00:01
#Fields: date time c-ip cs-username s-sitename s-computername s-ip s-port cs-method cs-uri-stem cs-uri-query sc-status sc-win32-status sc-bytes cs-bytes time-taken cs-version cs(User-Agent) cs(Cookie) cs(Referer)

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

You might want to try the format : W3C Extended

Not sure if it will work though ;o)

Thanks Staffa,

That wasn't the answer I needed but Googling with that information led me to LOGFORMAT MS-EXTENDED which does work. Thanks again.
