I have installed the code as indicated on the web page however google analytics claims it cannot see it .
any one experienced this problem before ?

This is with the new code as apposed to the urchin.js ?

There are so many possible reasons for this and yes many of us have experienced it. You're going to have to troubleshoot your tagging. Google has quite a lot of help on this if you go into their help area. Sorry to not be more helpful than this.

Run the page through the W3C HTML validator.
It's likely a fairly obvious nesting problem of some sort.
