Spam Hack.?

Anyone see this before? I noticed mutiple attempts to send emails through the newsletter sign up on my site using this email alias.

I did a search here ( on "[e-mail]" ), but found nothing. However the same search in google found hundreds of similar entries like this in guestbooks, etc...

"[e-mail]" seems to be the common thread...

Anyone else come across this before? any idea what it's about?
