Analytic Setup on Dynamic Site. HELP

I can not get google analytics to work on my dynamic site. I am following all of their directions as it, it just will not let me track data.

I also can not confirm my code for conversions. The code is properly placed and if I walk through an order on my site, the code is there on the order confirmation page.

Can anyone provide me with tips on setting up analytics on a dynamic site?

I can not get this to work and really really would like to get it going.
