Google Analytics Profile has vanished - help!

One of my clients has a number of Google Analytics profiles set up (about 13) in their Google Analytics account.

Today one of them completely vanished from the account!

Has anyone ever had this happen, and can anyone provide advice on what to do?

After some additional research, this is apparently happening to a lot of people.

Apparently you need to contact Google and they will manually fix the issue. Wish me luck.
