Any info on software for tracking user generate content.

I have a client who owns a chain of hotels and is looking for a software package that will allow them to track comments made on blogs, portals and of course travel review sites regarding their hotel.

Essentially online PR management.

Does anyone out there have experience managing this type of analytics? Can you recommend any good software packages?
