Redirecting

i have been working on a new tracking system for my web site, once a user clicks on a exernat link it take them to a page where i can track the link and then redirects to another page to which have as a frame enabling the user to go back to my web site, the redirect is Response.redirect ("http://www.domain.co.uk/go.asp?Link="&SiteURL&"&Category="&Category&")
is this a problem for ranking as i know there is issues reguarding redirects?

I can't comment for sure, but I do know that external links matter. So the question is - imo :) - "do the bots see thru the redirects and frames?"

It seems to me that since implementing this tracking google has droped me from th eindex?
How can i tell if this is the case?
