Please Help - How Do You Track for Product Price?

I'm trying to test product price on my site. I want to test price 1, price 2 and price 3.

How do I do this? Do I:

a) Track per each 100 visitors (but this will mean I am sitting there watching my statcounter page for every 100 visitors - not very practical, waiting for the visitor count to reach 100, just so I can change the price around).

b) Track per time period, say weekly, and see how many sales have come in (not very accurate, because one week could see more visitors to the site then a different week, and sos sales levels may vary due to this).

c) Another suggestion/software that you could tell me about, or even PM me about.

Please help. This is someting I have been look for a solution on, for a long time. It really will help me with this and future sites, so please help if you know of anything.
