I need Webmaster referal software with a twist

I am looking for webmaster referral software that will allow me to offer incentives to webmasters who refer other webmasters to sighn affiliate programs with my site.

the incentives would be something like a additional 5% for each referral.
Does anyone know of any examples of this already?
any one know where I can find software for this?

Since it was your first post, I'll try to just pretend it didn't happen... but PLEASE read the rules before posting again.

So - you need an affiliate program of your own. There are many out there really, depending on your budget. Strating by searching for something like "affiliate software" is a good place to start.
