After a surfer is directed to our website by one of our affiliates, I want to be able to display the affiliates ID on the website.

The reason being, that if the surfer wants to pay by mail order, the affiliate ID will be printed on the page that they send in the mail. We can then credit the affiliate with the sale.

Is there a way to do this?

How is the affiliate ID being passed to you?
As part of the query string? If so, yes it is possible.
What are your web pages written in? PHP, ASP(X), Perl?

The affiliate ID is being sent from a ccBill link to our website, This link contains the affiliate ID which is then stored in the surfers browser as a cookie.
Following is an example of a link used to send surfers to our website,

http://example.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=923987-0000&PA=123456
(The "123456" part is the affiliate ID that I would like to be displayed on the webpage)

Our website is plain html. Perl.
