Put all data in a database for custom reports.

I use Extreme Tracking and I like it. It's quick and to-the-point. I download a few of the reports and analyse the data in Excel. It's good but I would like it to do a few extra things.

I also use Google Analytics. It's got some great data, but the interface is a pain. I avoid it because of all the bite-sized screens and clicking and pageloading and waiting.

I'd like to find a package like either one of them that I can install on my own server.

I would also like to do some real-time reporting, like having it send me SMS or IRC me when certain things happen, or send real-time visitor path listings listings via RSS.

Do you know of anything along these lines?

I'm not sure if this is against the "no specifics" rule, but maybe take a look at Have a Mint. I use that on a few of my sites and love it for the instant, what's happening right now kind of info. I seem to recall seeing RSS in it, but I don't use that so I may be mis-remembering... it might have been a pepper addon?
