Tool to compare content

Does anyone know of a tool that will allow you to compare content between two pages on seperate domains? I need a quick way to check for duplicate content between the two sites across multiple pages. Comparing by manually would take a long time as these sites are fairly large.

For example, I want to compare www.mysite.com/category1 to www.competitorsite.com/category1.

Not exactly what I'm looking for. I know the exact site that I want to compare against, but the search results that copyscape returns do not reflect what I see on the pages for that specific competitor. I think I'm going to have a lot of manual work to do.....

can't you just use any of the SE's, put your desired text into quotes and limit search to particular domain?
