Banner Click Stats

Could use some opinions

We've got a fairly large bulletin board and we are going to allow some trusted advertisers to have banners in some of the forums. I have been looking for a click tracking package that will allow me to send a report to all of the advertisers each month with the number of views and clicks their banner received that month. What do you guys recommend. I have a Windows 2003 server with php and MySQL setup already.
