does anybody know a way to track these referrals?

Looking at my referrers in google analytics, I have google/organic, google/cpc and images.google.com - but nothing like base.google.com, google.com/products etc.

Back in the old froogle days, the referrals came in as froogle.google.com - that was pretty handy....

If I log in to googlebase, I can actually see impressions and clicks - which is pretty cool - just wishing I could get this in analytics...

I have contacted google about this and they told me it is not possible. What they suggested was a query in the URL that would be noticeable in a server log. So when I generate my data feed, I generate the urls a little differently with a &title in the url so I know that those requests all came from google base.

Sounds workable, do you know if google has indexed any of those pages, though?

I am wondering if they would pick them up from your feed or a user's toolbar and then spider them - that could lead to dup content issues...
