Help: google analytics > traffic report for multiple profiles

Hello
I am looking for some very simple application or feature for Analytics.

I have multiple profiles under 1 analytics account, and I want to see the daily traffic details for all of them, without going into each profile individually.

In addition, it would be nice to have the added features of showing changes in traffic over time, key words and all the other analytics features, but for now I only need the daily traffic.

Is there a tool which shows me a single analysis report for multiple profiles?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Could it be that google is denying this feature, as part of its unofficial agenda to restrain SEOs?
