tracker query

i use a tracker for my emails sent. the other night i sent a mail to a friend. it was opened, according to the receipts, 3 times before he opened it, all in the state of pennsylvenia. he is in the UK. when he finally opened it, it showed up he was in pitsburgh?

it was opened a few times again, this time in conneticut, two town 20 miles apart. once i realised all this i asked him to open it again....finally it showed up in the UK.

a friend said the tracker may have bounced but why was it opened the first time, when the recipient definitely didnt, for 30 secs., surly if this was the case the time would be n/a.

we are worried his account could have been hacked?

i know the tracker doesnt get the correct area all the time but it 99% of the time it gets the correct continent!

this has never happened before.
