We send out lots of links in e-mail and I never though much of it till i noticed a lot of referals from things like
us.f833.mail.yahoo.com
Is there anyway to combine all the sources that contain "mail" to see what they are tracking? I'd like to know the average compared to the rest of the site of time spent of the site, bounce rate and page views?

Even if there is, you will only get a partial list because a) it only happens for web-based email like yahoo's, b) even for those, some will have empty referrers anyway.

Instead, mark the links in your email with the various google tracking parameters, particularly the one that identifies the hit as being email. I think it's utm_source or utm_type or something like that.
