last week the webtrends did not work anymore, the log typed "Table 39 (TopSearchKeywords) has second dimension tables that exceed table limits and those second dimension tables will be trimmed"

Your total list of all the different keywords used by all your visitors to get to your site, including in the past, has become so long that it has exceeded a preset size limit that WebTrends uses for internal database tables. WebTrends is telling you that it has no more room for new terms in that internal table. You can change the size limit of internal tables in a feature called Table Limiting which you can find if you browse around.
