Webtrends constant flaw URGENT

An unexpected error has occurred (-1073741819)

I have Webtrends 6.1 analizing in a iscsi share.
I have a profile that is constantly retreiving the error An unexpected error has occurred (-1073741819), no error. So when this happen i restore an archive to get data back so i can continue analizing, but now i restored an archive and the "An unexpected error has occurred (-1073741819)" happens again.
Conclusion: cant analize anymore this profile, anyone got this error to?
how can i resolve this problem without analizing the profile again from the begining? itīs very URGENT, client is asking about the Updated reports adn i cant give it to him. help :(

That translates to error 5, "access denied", presuming you are on windows.

Yes i am at Windows, so what can i do to resolve this issue?

There is some kind of permissions or privileges problem that is preventing WebTrends from accessing the logs or writing to a database or something like that. Has anything changed in the system setup?
