How to filter internal traffice from Google Analytics?

Hi,

I was wondering how would one filter all our internal traffic from our corporate network out of Google Analytics site reports? Would I need to filter out all IP addresses internally or would just adding the IP address of the proxy server suffice?

You would have to do a little research and find out how you appear to the web site.
