Once we notify an ISP of a Spammer, who else / what other organizations could we report them to? How effective would you say these other organizations are in terms of helping to stop unsolicited emaiils?

THANKS!

There are various places you can report SPAM, depending on the nature of the SPAM.

Do a search for spam reporting addresses and you will find some good lists.

I usually send a copy of all spam to the FTC.
Any Viagra, Cialis or other drugs get sent to the FDA.
Any software get reported to the appropriate companies such as Microsoft, Adobe, Macromedia depending on which software was listed in the e-mail.

It is rather hard to say which are the most effective, as most of them will not even send you an automated response, and there always appears to be another spammer that comes out of the woodwowrk.
