Need help w/ WebTrends referring sites

Why does it hang on me?

I've just started running the referring sites report in WebTrends for our sites. Two of three come up with no problem. However, the third goes through the whole logfile analysis and such, but hangs at 100% trying to create the "Top Referring URL's Table". I've tried not including that table in the report and it just hangs on the last graph then.

Has anyone else run into this problem or know what I'm doing wrong?

Are you saving the report in Word or Excel format?

Sometimes that makes WT stall at 100% because Word or Excel won't let WT run its macros.

I have had a similar problem when I am resolving IP's on massive log files. It always maxes out my ram (only 128). I just do it on a machine with 384 and it is ok.

It is a huge memory hog, indeed.

I have it on a system with 128MB and I practically have to shake the machine to get it to finish the reports :)
