click through tracking

Could anyone advise me on methods for tracking click throughs on a site possibly some script that we could either get our hosts to implement on the server or put onto our site, or any other suggestions.

I would prefer not to use a third party, as I don’t like to rely on someone else as their server down time would stop refering traffic from my site

It does a very good job and sounds like it will give you just what you are looking for.
