Pages Report Error on WebTrends

Why certain pages don't appear anymore?

When I go to the pages reports in WT I don't see a very specific group of them (news). I know they are being tracked by my news content group, they just wont show up on the pages reports.

I did a copy of my profile, ran re-analysis and now the missing pages show up with no problems. The news content group here shows the exact same number of hits that the new content group in the original profile.

That's why I know my pages are being tracked on both profiles.

So, why these pages don't show up on one profile and they DO on the other one? Is there a way to fix the original one?

I don't want to loose the original profile as it has more than 2 years of data accumulated. The new copy only has the latest 3 weeks.

Any ideas? Help please

You've probably filled up the internal data tables that holds the URLs of pages. Once it's full, new page URLs can't be stored. However, they will continue to be counted properly.

Depending on the version of WT you have, you'll find the place to increase the internal size of the Pages table under either "Table Limits" or "Table Sizes". In older versions of WT it wasn't easy to find. You could do a search in this forum or you could go to the WT user forums (on the WT website) where there have been several topics on this. Or check the WT Knowledge Base on their site for a document about it.
