Hi WebmasterWorld:

I'm launching a new website where all content is represented in customizable widgets. The web experience is taylored to the individual user, and each user can configure (1) which widgets he/she wants to see on the website, and (2) customize the locations of the widgets selected.

Does this community has a recommendation as to the best way to implement Google Analytics for a widget website? Right now the Analytics code is placed on the static footer of the website, but I'm concerned that since the webpage will be customized heavily by individual users, tracking analytics will be very difficult.

Any thoughts?

Thanks so much for your help!

If you do an internet search on "google analytics ajax tracking" you'll get pointed to GA's version of how to deal with it, which involves Urchin Tracker.
