Problems with Sitemeter?

Do any of you have sitemeter on your sites for tracking? I've been using them for several years, and had good luck/service with them until recent months (when they seemed to have changed ownership). I have both paid and free accounts on various sites from sitemeter.

One of my new sites has a premium (paid) sitemeter package that doesn't work correctly. The following items aren't working:

web sites ranked by
Visits
Page Views
Visit Length

search engines ranked by
Visits
Page Views
Visit Length

search words ranked by
Visits (+SE)
Page Views (+SE)
Visit Length (+SE)

I've been emailing sitemeter about various problems for the last two months, but no reply. This last paid account has several features that don't work, and I can get no replies on those issues, either.

Do any of you who might have sitemeter, know of a way to actually reach a person at Sitemeter and get a response, in addition to the webmaster address they post for support?

I use sitemeter on over 30 client sites and while I did notice some delays on a few sites around the date you mentioned most of them were ok. I wrote the webmaster and they said it was just a temporary problem.

You could try writing the new owner though whois.
