Aside from my software provider, where might I find a good tutorial on customizing cookies? (Nothing specific yet, just trying to wrap my head around the process.)
Please be specific and don't give me too much credit for being smart. :)

I think you might be asking this in the wrong forum. You might want to check some of the operating system areas.
Cookie processes tend to be different for different platforms, anyway. Try Googling for "Customize server cookie" for example.
