3rd Party Banner Tracking

Which software will track banners offsite and conversions?

We are starting paid advertising and I'm looking for a solution that will track impressions on a 3rd party site. We already have Analytics and Adtrackz and I know they won't do it.

I've got OpenAds installed and I'm not sure if it is possible with OpenAds since it is primarily for banners on your own site.

What I'm looking for is very similar to 1ShoppingCart's affiliate tracking. All of their affiliate tracking tracks banner impressions and conversions. We are 1ShoppingCart customers as well, but we are selling a Clickbank product.

Any ideas on a simple solution?
