WebTrends Help Needed! Reports

I have WebTrends 7.1a Professional Small Business, and I have two questions so far:

1. Search engine (paid), yesterday I add the wt.srch=1 parameter from google setup, but I don't see any result.

2. Intranet domains. I see in the log file the url of the homepage for example.com and also an intranet domain at example.NET -- however I cannot analyze the second one.

I tried configuring this as an intranet domain and also as a different profile, setting the example.NET as the home url.

However, after this second configuration I got the same results but with wrong filenames. For example the right file is example.net/solutions.aspx but the results in the reports show example.COM/solutions.aspx. Besides this I don't see any correct page from example.com, even though I see a lot of records in the log file.

If you know where I can find more answer about Webtrends, I will appreciate it.

Do you know if there is any other mailing lists to find solutions for this software. I don't have the support plan, and the help they post is not enough.

For #2 you need to make a filter that includes only the domain you want to be in the report. The place where you entered the domain name isn't a filter - it's telling WebTrends where to go to find your live site, so it can fetch page titles.
