IE7 and Firefox don't show browser referrals for tracking

So what do you use to track clicks from landing page to sale?

Are people using javascript now to track referrers for keywords for their ppc now that more than half of users don't show the referrers via their browser. If you use javascript, what code are you using for a ppc applicaton to track from the landing page to the sales page?

I use unique landing page URLs - adding?variable=keyword or whatever to the PPC advert. the referrer data doesn't come into it unless it is from natural, in which case yes - I use javascript where I can.
