linking adwords and google analytics

Hi,
I followed to instructions and tried to link few of my analytics account to adwords and failed.
I have one Google account with few analytics accounts.
I tried to link them to my MCC adwords account and only part of them were linked properly. Can any one advise what can be the reason for this?

We had a similar problem. Our problem was that at one time, the GA had been linked to another adwords account (not in our control). Google can disassociate the old Adwords account connected to the Adwords accoount for you. Then you request access to the right Google Analytics account.

I forget the details - although it was a pain at the time.

One way or another, we had to get a Google Rep to help us correct our problem.

We don't have ANY GA accounts connected at the MCC level though...? They are always coneected at the account level.
