I've shut down log processing on my server because it times out. My main domain gets so much traffic (which I'm thankful for...although much of it may be spiders) that it takes more than a day for awstats to process it.

I use google analytics, which does give me a few stats...but I don't really like it. Maybe I'm just not using it correctly. But I want to be able to see the full list of referrer sites in an easy to use format. The list of urls referred to. The list of keywords. Awstats does this well.

Is there any way to configure cpanel to process the log files quicker? Or alternatively, is there some other solution I can install? It's really like being blind when you don't have a good stats package that's reliable.

you could get your logs off of the server and process them locally, might make it faster.
