I am new to webtrends and trying to help out a user who asked me a question:
"Is iframe counted as a page view?"
He stated that his page views count has double since he put in iframes.
If someone can help me out w/ this it would be great.

If he has tracking on the internal page of the iframe AND the outside page then yes - he has loaded two pages in one fell swoop.
Page views should at least be assigned to a single user though.
He could remove the tracking code from one of the two pages - but that may lead to other errors.
