I've got a site ranked #1 through #15 for several keywords in Google. Webmaster tools shows those keywords as my "top search query clicks", but Google analytics isn't showing the hits in "overall keyword conversion". Hits to other pages on my site are showing up in Google analytics...and I've verified that my home page has the google analytics code in it.
I do a redirect from my index.html to a home_page.html. Would this be causing the problem?
