I seem to have a problem with my Webtrends server every few days.
Webtrends Report Cache server stops, so the reports won't show.

This is happening very frequently, I'd say about ever 2-3 days, so it makes my statistics almost useless.

Have you ever come across this problem? What do you think the problem might be? I have also tried to set the service to auto-start after failure, but it doesn't. If I manually start it, it works fine..

Not to be rude, but this is a matter for tech support.

I have contacted them and they said I should reinstall etc.. Which i did and again I have the same problem. So I don't really know if they can help me, so perhaps if someone had a similar experience he could advise me what to do? Or at least what causes this problem :)

Probably my comment is too late, but I also do agree that the problem is caused by poor tech support. Reinstalling won't change your state at all, since connection with Webtrends server is obviously non-existent.
My piece of advice - keep on demanding support from the Webtrends company.

Poor tech support? It sounds to me like nmavra has decided not to call tech support back after they gave the advice about reinstalling, which was a legitimate thing to try for this problem. They are probably waiting to hear whether it fixed the problem. Since it didn't, nmavra needs to realize that fixing a problem of this complexity (yes - this is very complex and involves the whole system) takes trying a lot of different things, one at a time. Blaming tech support for not figuring it out on the first try isn't fair.
