G.Analytics - secure vs. non-secure

The annoying pop-up 'this page displays both secure & non-secure items'

I have an online store, just put up google analytics in it. Problem --- when I add to cart, i start getting that pop-up "this page displays both secure & non-secure items" and I keep getting that pop-up until I leave the site.

looked into this, found out I needed to tell g.analytics i'm an ecommerce site and then got the https analytics code/script.

added that to my site, BINGO. Everything works fine now. BUT, went into analytics to check on my stats, and was shocked to only see 7 or 8 visitors (should have been hundreds if not thousands). Then I realized I probably had 7 or 8 sales during that time period.

Since I changed my analytics code to the https are the ONLY pages being tracked on my site the secure ones? That's what I think it looks like.

If this is the case -- HOW do I run g.analytics on my site to track ALL of my site's traffic, both before the sale (all normal pages, products, etc) and through the sale (when the add to cart and start going through secure https pages).

Anyone who has experience with this, I appreciate

you have to change all of your pages to the SSL link even if they aren't using the secure server
