I was reading through the topics on analytics tools and thought that it would be a great idea if everyone posted their experiences with various solutions available (under the same thread)- that way there would be a great place to start analyzing which is the best solution for you. It would be really helpful to read comparisons, pros and cons etc...

I have a very good experience with Sales-n-Stats. It is a live help, real-time monitoring and analytics software.

It's not just a tool for analysis, also it allows to view you site really online with tons of functions and configuration options. It can be integrated with any web-based solution, regardless of used technology (ASP, PHP, JSP, etc).

Personally, I suppose it is completely new program without any analogs.

It was a pleasant surprise for me when I noticed that there is fully-functional freeware edition - Sales-n-Stats Free :) It even supports live and VoIP communication with visitors.

Hope it may help :)
