I am currently tracking SERPs in Google, but is there a single tool that can track SERPS in Google, Yahoo & MSN?

There are several. I don't use ANY myself because I feel the practice is devisive on several levels... unless you are starting with a list of CONVERTING phrases and then went back to see weher they ranked. I guess that might be of use. But... that aside... I'm not going to list suppliers, although certainly some have been past sponsors of Pubcon. What I would say is that any free or very low cost option will most likely not be using Google's API. If they are not using Google's API then using the tool will be breaking Google's terms of service.

I'd also say that what you see in the serps and what I see in the serps are no longer identical. What a computer program see in the serps may be different again.
