Google Analytics - Conversion Summary

In the conversion summary, when it says that there were 45 visits for G2 (this is goal #2 under the Goal Conversion column) does this number refer to the number of people who visited the website or is it the number of people who reached the URL/page that I specified for this particular goal? I'm having trouble understanding what the numbers and percentages mean in the conversion summary. I need help!

g2 the number of people that reached the specific url page.

This can mean 2 things, if you have a funnel paths enabled you can track your abandonment rate or if someone goes the url direct, it will skew your data.
