I've recently switched from using WebTrends alone to using WebTrends exports to Excel, then using Excel to make extensive dashboards that pull data from many different individual WebTrends reports, making ratios and trends, graphs, etc. Plus I'm adding data exported from SalesForce (CRM) and kw ranks data from WebPosition Gold. In this form, the data is making more sense to (and being more valuable to) the managers who are supposed to use it in decisions.

Anyway, I would really like to hear from others who are doing the same kind of thing. What resources have you found for massaging WebTrends (HBX, Omniture, LiveStats, etc) data into tables of merged and organized data? I've found a site called DashboardSpy that gives some good ideas, but few have to do with analytics. And there are a couple of books, again not addressing analytics. (I want to stay with Excel for various reasons. And I'm using a rather nice tool called Data Links to create self-updating Excel workbooks through conduits directly to WebTrends.)

Are you mashing ordinary analytics output into dashboards or anything better? Are you willing to talk about it? Any leads would be helpful.
