Seen user agent "desv3.0" in your logs?

It grabbed my default page, but nothing else

I found this one user agent I haven't been able to identify in my logs from last month.

desv3.0

It only made 32 hits, but I'm curious what it is. Can't find anything about it from searching the 'net. Anybody know what it is?

Yes. (Why didn't I think of this!) It's 203.163.73.49

According to a WHOIS, it's registered to "Lotus Development Ltd" in Singapore -- and the admin contact is AT&T Global Network Services Japan (probably the network provider).

And it only comes from this one IP...
