I was using a site that generated a Google sitemap for me but is there a software that I can buy that will do a good job as far as indexing my new pages and then resubmit my sitemap to Google.

Yes. Easy to find through searching.
You won't find people recommending many here though, as the terms of service prevent advertising individual products. You are encouraged to find your own.
