The Analytics account has been set up for 3 days now and organic clicks are being shown in reports. I have enabled auto-tagging, (then disabled it and re-enabled it too). I think I have linked the analytics account to the Adwords account (I can't see a way of double checking this though).
I had a look at my ads in Google and the urls from the ads don't have any query string parameters appended to them - which I was expecting to see based on what Google Help said.
I can't work out what is wrong - does anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong or things I can try next?
I'm having the same problem...

Do you have Autotagging on? (Adwords / My Account / Account Preferences)
Tracking URL seems to work best in "Edit Keyword Settings" panel - at least you can hit the V button and copy it down through out your campaign.

Yes I have auto-tagging turned on.
I was hoping not to have to manually enter all the tags but I could try one or two of my top keyword phrases and see if that works I suppose! Thanks for the link to your thread.
*** UPDATE *** It has now started working! And I didn't do anything today apart from disable then re-enable auto tagging. Maybe the data took a while to come through or the link to the account took a while to establish? Who knows. Now I just have to solve the problem of keywords from two different campaigns appearing in the same set of reports. :)
