can someone recommend any solution/site/software for the following

sending newsletter to my site members
TRACKING and gets stats like
1. %age and no. of people opening the email.
2 %age and no. of people NOT opening the email and just deleting it.
3. How many people clicked on the newsltter?
4. How many people clicked on a special pic/text on the newletter?

There are a lot of solutions out there, I'd recommend VerticalResponse - pricing, features, etc. It tracks all of the statistics you mentioned and then some.

So - as I always hate recommendations of one, here are some others.

Constant Contact is well known.
Sendstudio is another.
You can probably use Bcentral as well.

Many will do what you want, but only if you get the relevent data on the user at the point of signup.
