Awstats - Traffic not viewed is more than 50% of Traffic viewed

Most of the traffic not viewed due to 302 Moved temporarily (redirect)

My site's awstats shows approx 3.8M page views as Traffic viewed and about 1.8M page views as Traffic not viewed * (* Not viewed traffic includes traffic generated by robots, worms, or replies with special HTTP status codes).

When I checked further, I found approx 1.78M hits due to 302 Moved temporarily (redirect) HTTP Error codes* (* Codes shown here gave hits or traffic "not viewed" by visitors, so they are not included in other charts).

Now my site are not using any redirect code at all (as far as I know). So why such a huge number of page views are having 302 error code?

Its a new domain ... was never owned by anyone previously.
