3dstats used to have great customer service but now no one is answering emails to support or sales. Does anyone know what is going on with this company?

I tried to call these people and someone answered who did not speak English and hung up on me. I am worried about my stats they have. What can I do?

3dstats is not functioning correctly; it hasn't been for a week or longer now. They have poor customer service, and will not respond to emails. Despite the program's great interface, using their service is becoming a big hassle. They don't even track spiders.

3dstats is ranked 11,132 on Alexa. I am surprised that no one else is discussing these issues we are having with our stats program.

Now I am having a problem with the stats being inflated and missing on certain days. I am not sure what to do with these people. No one has emailed me back.
