Tools for click stream analysis?

Where do they go from where?

What tools do you use to analyse the traffic flow through your site?

E.g. to analyze the relative attractiveness / effectiveness of various internal links.

I'm familiar with weblog analysis tools such as webalizer and awstats (recommend the latter). This tells you the relative popularity per page. I'd like to know more about how visitors actually navigate through my site.

E.g.:
- from this page 21% clicks to that page
- 18% of the visitors of this page come from that page

A visual presentation of large click streams would be nice...

I'm looking for tools based on server logs (referer and heuristics, no extra images or cookies). Preferably for Apache on Linux.

Thanks MM and Tony.

This stuff is remarkably expensive.

[pathalizer.sf.net...] might do what you want.

It's remarkably inexpensive (free ;)), if you're missing any functionality we could negotiate about implementing certain things in exchange for a donation.
